The 2012 program will include a variety of speakers from government departments, public safety organisations, manufacturers, suppliers, academics and end users..
Please ensure that your paper provides practical and timely information and promotes best practice in the radio and combined communications industry.
Manufacturers, consultants and vendors are highly recommended to feature client case studies in their presentations.
Presentation Duration: All sessions will be 30 minutes, including time for Q&A, unless otherwise instructed.
Submissions: The closing deadline for abstract submissions is 31 July, 2012. The submission of an abstract does not guarantee inclusion in the final conference program.

Successful applicants will be notified no later than 31 August 2012 and will be required to submit their presentations electronically no later than 16 November, unless prior arrangement has been made.
An alternative presentation may be found for those unable to meet the deadline.
NB: No sales pitches: It is important that we keep the standard high. Any abstract considered to be sales orientated will not be selected.
Selection: Papers will be evaluated on their relevance, practicality and timeliness, along with the speaker's knowledge and past experience.
Speaker Conference Registration: All speakers receive one full conference registration, which includes full access to all sessions and the exhibition, along with a ticket to the ARCIA Industry Gala Dinner, Tuesday 4 December, MCEC. For information visit arcia.org.au.
